These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the text messaging program operated by VIDA Ai Consulting LLC ("VIDA Ai Consulting," "we," "us," or "our").

When you opt in, you may receive text messages from VIDA Ai Consulting, sent from +1 770-525-4966, about: - Appointment reminders and rescheduling: confirmations, reminders, and changes for your strategy calls and coaching sessions. - Customer care: replies to questions you send us through our website chat, forms, or text, and follow-ups about your inquiry or program. - Educational and marketing updates (occasional): financial education tips, upcoming workshops and group calls, and information about our programs, such as the Financial Mastery Academy.
3. How to Opt In
You can opt in by entering your mobile number in the chat widget or a form on https://www.vidaaiconsulting.com (or on our booking and landing pages) and checking the SMS consent checkbox, which is not pre-checked. You may also opt in by texting us first at +1 770-525-4966. After you opt in, we will send a confirmation text.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any of our programs or services.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments, your questions, and the updates we send. Marketing and educational messages are occasional.
5. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. VIDA Ai Consulting does not charge for text messages.
6. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. After you opt out, you will receive one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any more texts unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START or UNSTOP, or opt in again through our website.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier's network and is not guaranteed.

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
